| Comments/Notes: | some swelling noted in the left fist, able to close into a fist but not as tightly as the right hand. No pain with vibration or bone stress tests. Minor ecchymosis present. Instructed to ice and keep ROM. Effleurage was noted to be helpful. Incident occurred yesterday. |
