| Comments/Notes: | Patient reports onset of headaches after long periods of sitting, especially when ergonomics are not the best. Today started work, feeling OK but now having a slight headache and pain in his neck. Long-standing problems, made worse by long periods of sitting in bed, ergonomics. In addition to therapies noted above patient was instructed and demonstrated on archer exercise for thoracic mobility during long periods of sitting. |
