Pn in the r knee after mild hyperextension yesterday during competition. Tape was helpful yesterday. Today has more pain behind the knee when bending beyond 90 degrees. Also continues to have pn near the fibular head.

Comments/Notes:

Pn resolved after CMT for a posterior R fib head as well as ER tibia. MRT to the popliteus. Dynamic tape for lateral line and removal of inflammation. Has another fight today in 3 hrs. At end of tx, able to bend knee through full AROM w/ mild pn - pn was improved when standing as well.
