| Comments/Notes: | 2 days ago SIJ sprain - team physio did dry needling to QL/ multifidus R, had chinese massage. Much better now, no pain standing, just this stinging pain localised and sensation that he might do it again when he goes into position with stick. Gentle manip through L SIJ - no high force drop. Taping ES and across PSIS helps a lot, just worried he might do it during comp. |
