Patient came in with knee clicking

I noticed that he had tremor of B hands - asked about it, he has had it for 10 years, gradually worsening, never been to a control
Vertical smooth pursuit was jerky (Horizontal NAD, Convergence NAD)
Finger to nose overshooting + tremor
Hypertonicity, not able to relax during the passive ROM of knees and shoulders
