| Treatment Provided: | Myotherapy of the left shoulder’s deltoid muscle and supraspinatus muscle. Adjusted t-spine. |
| Comments/Notes: | Left shoulder is sore into the deltoid muscle accompanied with stiffness with overhead range of motion. After treatment Thomas states shoulder felt better and range of motion had improved. I advised him to stretch and to get a massage as well. |
